Folience was created in 2017 to rebrand and diversify a 130 year old family-controlled company that had been concentrated in traditional media holdings. Folience is a 100% ESOP-owned holding company. Today, the Folience holding company includes diversified businesses including traditional media operating assets, creative agency, digital service, a manufacturing company producing custom built emergency vehicles, and a manufacturing company producing high quality horse and livestock trailers.
