FollowThatPatient (FTP) offers the first HIPAA-ready, cloud-based, pay-as-you-go, total patient relationship management software for the medical aesthetics industry.

We help grow and optimize cosmetic surgery, medical spa and dermatology practices. Our solution comprises the patient experience and sales management core platform, and the integrated marketing, patient engagement, retention, and loyalty management add-on apps, services, and templates from FTP and FTP’s partners. We also provide medical practice consultants and application developers a partner-friendly platform to access the aesthetics industry, and to market their products and services.

The privately funded FollowThatPatient was founded as a Delaware C Corp in April 2012 by Dr. Darshan Shah, a highly successful, Malibu-based plastic surgeon and Praveen Shah, a Silicon Valley technology entrepreneur and veteran management consultant.

After a successful six-month beta at multiple plastic surgery locations in California, FollowThatPatient is pleased to launch nationwide at the October 2012 ASPS (American Society of Plastic Surgeons) Plastic Surgery tradeshow in New Orleans.
