Fomento de Centros de Enseñanza is a network of primary and secondary schools based in Madrid, Spain, that emphasizes personalized, high-quality education guided by Christian values. Founded in 1963 by parents and educators who advocated family collaboration in schooling, it places strong emphasis on parental involvement. The network comprises 35 schools across 11 autonomous communities, serving about 25,000 students and supporting roughly 17,000 families, with a workforce of several hundred professionals and more than 90,000 alumni. The organization operates as part of the education sector with a focus on language acquisition, offering Cambridge English Exam Preparation Centre status and delivering English instruction through immersion from early years and CLIL in primary and secondary, with a third of subjects taught in English. External Cambridge examinations validate students' English proficiency, and four Fomento schools were ranked among Spain's top ten for English learning in EF Education First's national ranking. In addition to on-site schooling, Fomento provides opportunities for students to study abroad in Ireland, Canada, and the United States.
