Born in October 2011, Fonehouse Belfast was the first franchise to open in Northern Ireland.  From day one the ethos of the business was to strive for customer service excellence, we believe that offering the public an opportunity to “get things sorted” has driven the success of the business.  We never turn anyone away from the store without exhausting every available avenue to sort out a problem.

We offer every service available in the mobile phone industry and many, many more.  To summarise: Pay as you go phones, pay as you go sims, sim adaptation, mobile phone repairs,  mobile phone accessories, mobile phone contracts for consumers and business customers on multiple networks (including our own “no credit check” Fonehouse Network), data sims, mifi devices, refurbished mobile phones, VOIP landline services, Virgin broadband (business and consumer), business fibre broadband.

Our success reflects the time and effort we put into our business, we are open 7 days a week for a combined total of 68 hours and have 4 full time members of staff eager to assist you make the correct decisions with your business or family mobile phones.  

We are proud to have a dedicated repair hub at the Kennedy Centre catering for both our consumer and business customers alike.

This year we have also launched a full-time dedicated resource for business customers, offering bespoke mobile contracts, Broadband and VOIP services.  One of the team can visit your premises and ensure, through analysis of your current services, that you are getting the correct deal!

We get things done!  We have established a reputation in our local area and beyond as a go to destination for everything mobile phone.  Our staff are trained to take time, be patient and build a relationship with every customer who is welcomed through the doors of Fonehouse Belfast.
