We have an experienced team that will provide excellent training programs for federal HACCP Systems, GMPs, GFSI and other food safety programs. Our trainers are approved training providers for BRC, HACCP and have extensive practical experience in food industry. We believe the key to overcoming the challenges of the food industry is through effective and practical training that FTC can offer.

FTC can conduct food safety/quality/management system (FSEP HACCP, SQF/BRC/ FSSC 22 000, IFS Pac Secure, ISO 9000, etc.)  pre-audit to assess the company’s preparedness for the audit. FTC will conduct the in depth onsite assessment that will assist you to identify gaps in your system, understand the intent of the standard and provide you with the guidance how to update it in order to meet an audit requirement, before the regulatory or third part audits. We can help you correct the gaps and be ready for the audit. 

Our team can provide reassessment services that meet regulatory and third party requirements. FTC will conduct a review of your documented food safety/quality/management system (records, procedures, etc), as well as conduct onsite assessments to confirm the implementation, effectiveness of the documented programs and compliance with relevant regulations. FTC will provide a report outlining recommendations for change and improvements.
