Foodshed Investors exists to: Increase the Supply of Good, Local & Food We try to accomplish this by: - enabling mission-driven, for- and non-profit entrepreneurs in creating healthy, nutritious, and accessible food; - building robust regional food systems, particularly for the benefit of underserved communities; - re-invigorating rural economies via sustainable agriculture and quality jobs; - making progress toward a stable climate, healthy soils, and humanely treated animals.
