As founder of Foresight Communications Group, Pam (McConathy) Schied has more than 25 years of experience in planning and implementing award-winning public relations programs.

Every day, she helps clients engage their target markets and achieve their business goals by tapping her expertise in business and marketing communications, online content development and social media know-how.

Those clients have included Sprint PCS, Verizon Wireless, Aramco Services Company, Shell Chemical, Chevron, Reliant Energy, Halliburton/Landmark Graphics, Loomis, Cardtronics, Precash, Emirates Airline, the Houston Technology Center, Waterborne, Rockwell Automation and more.

Prior to forming Foresight Communications Group in 2008, Pam worked as senior vice president for 10 years at Pierpont Communications, one of the largest public relations firms in the Southwest. Before this, she  held senior positions with Hill & Knowlton, the former Houston Lighting & Power Company (now Centerpoint Energy/Reliant Energy), Safeway Stores, and Kwik-Copy Corporation.

Pam earned a BA in journalism from Michigan State University, and a MS in Future Studies of Commerce in the College of Technology at the University of Houston.
