Established in 1983, our manufacturing capability is backed up by over 30 years’ experience. Specialising in high-precision requirements, we have developed to enable us to meet the most demanding of challenges. In October 2015 we completed the purchase of our new manufacturing facility. At 11,000ft2 it is double the footprint of our previous premises and has enabled us to increase capacity and enhance the services we offer. We are continually looking at ways in which we can save our customers time and money, by offering a complete manufacturing solution that is specific to their needs and creates optimum value. Our strengths lie in our experienced, skilled Engineers & modern manufacturing equipment, meaning we can guarantee quality precision components every time. Every stage of our customer’s order is handled by a workforce that strives to deliver the absolute best. Because we operate the latest in CAD/CAM technology, and run multi-axis machine centres, we are able to directly import solid models for manufacturing and final inspection. This, complimented by the use of Solid CAM iMachining and EdgeCam, is ideal for ever-changing industries where prototype and small batch production volumes are required quickly. The components we manufacture, in many cases extremely complicated, are machined under strict quality-controlled conditions, enabling us to work to the tightest of tolerances – typically 0.005mm. Measuring and data collection takes place in a controlled environment, using a CNC co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with vision and contact technology. Continuous re-investment into modern manufacturing equipment, as well as in people, enables us to offer our customers a complete manufacturing solution under one roof, therefore offering quick turn-around whilst always staying competitive. We are committed to the on-going control of our manufacturing activities through the Quality Management System ISO9001, achieved and retained since 1993.
