Regional niche Fortis Siteworks operates from Georgia with both a headquarters in Eatonton and an office in Gray, presenting a regional focus that can be leveraged to pursue local government and private sector projects involving site construction, utility installation, and horizontal boring.

Construction specialties A full suite of services including site construction, horizontal boring, utility installation, ownership and operations, and heavy equipment hauling positions Fortis to target public-private partnerships, infrastructure upgrades, and turnkey site projects that require integrated delivery.

Growth opportunity With revenue in the lower to mid single-digit millions and a mid-sized team, there is potential to scale through contract bids on public works, utility projects, and mobility or drainage improvements where larger firms are pursuing larger scopes.

Tech-enabled Adoption of WordPress, Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, and media tools suggests modern operations and client-facing capabilities; emphasize offerings around digital project documentation, scheduling, and responsive client portals to differentiate in competitive bids.

Strategic partnerships Comparable firms operate at much larger scales; Fortis can target partnerships or subcontracting relationships with larger general contractors (e.g., DPR, Suffolk, Hensel Phelps) to win work through collaboration on sizable infrastructure and site development projects.
