My (Sandy Valentine - CEO/Owner) dream of establishing an escrow company for the purpose of providing the most efficient and professional escrow services possible was realized on August 1, 1985 when Fortune Escrow Inc. opened its doors on Foothill Blvd. in Glendora. At that time, I had been in the escrow profession for over 14 years and knew I was ready to take the leap into business ownership.

Ever since that day 28 years ago I, along with my experienced and friendly staff, have worked diligently to provide our community with the best escrow service possible!
