Our clients are insurance carriers, entities with large self-insured retentions such as trucking companies and national construction companies, and public entities in New Jersey facing tort claims. We act as local counsel to out-of-state firms dealing with large cases in New Jersey or New York in areas such as product liability. We also represent JIFs, joint insurance funds, which are funds in which municipalities and public entities participate; instead of paying premiums to a carrier they create what is effectively a mini-insurance company, self-insured but administered by a third party. We also represent family and matrimonial clients, including divorce, child custody, drafting of pre-marital and post-marital agreements, and handling of domestic violence cases. In addition, our firm handles simple and complex real estate transactions, and landlord tenant disputes. The secret of our success is simply that we work harder than the vast majority of those we do business with or against. This makes us more efficient than most New Jersey litigation defense attorneys. Unlike some firms, we do not take advantage of our clients when it comes to billing; we do what needs to be done and wrap the matter up, always with our clients' best interests front and center.
