Foundation Realty Group, LLC is a real estate brokerage that provides a highly personalized approach to building client/broker relationships and a distinctive style of encouraging community engagement through our Community Enhancement Program. 

We at FRG feel strongly that the best way to serve a client is by taking the time to really get to know each individual person and their respective needs/wants. We believe that a broker should protect each client's interests at every turn and be there through each step of the process. Most importantly, we place an emphasis on providing detailed market comps to enable each client to make an informed decision and, ultimately, a sound investment. 

We also recognize that the home buying process is not solely about finding your new dream home, but rather is also about becoming part of a community. That is why we believe that there is a great opportunity to look beyond the bricks and mortar and make another type of investment when buying or selling your home - an investment in your local neighborhood or town. It is from this fundamental tenet that our Community Enhancement Program was born, a program through which a donation of a portion of each sales commission is donated to a local non-profit organization of each client's choosing.
