The company is the result of the divestiture of the foundry engineering activities of Georg Fischer Corporation, a major automotive casting supplier based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, and DISA Industries of Herlev, Denmark, a leading supplier of foundry equipment. An important part of the concern is its foundry planning, engineering and system integration activities.
