Fox Valley Tool & Die is a non-union, contract manufacturing job shop located in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. We have 3 facilities; two production of 65,000 sq. ft. each and one support, with a current employment at 175+ people. Annual sales are approximately $35 million with half of these revenues being generated from designing, building of metal stamping dies, and robotic weld fixtures, and production stamping. The remainder of sales is comprised of built to drawing precision machining. We utilize the latest, state of the art technology including Creo and Solidworks design software, Mazak Machine Tools for turning and machining of 3, 4, and 5 axis components, Hauser CNC Jig Grinders, as well as Zeiss CMM Inspection Units. We supply a wide customer base with everything from heavy gage stamped parts for industrial vehicles, to intricately machined 718 Inconel components for the oil industry.
