Boutique scale FPW Architects is a small design firm with 2-10 employees and revenue in the 1M-10M range, indicating a nimble team ideal for targeted, high-touch outreach and strategic partnerships in public and private sector projects.

Award credibility Recent public-building design award enhances credibility for pursuit of larger public-sector contracts and can be leveraged in proposals and outreach to procurement teams seeking validated firms.

Public-private focus Service orientation to both public and private clients suggests cross-sector opportunities; tailor messaging to municipal projects, campus planning, cultural institutions, and mixed-use developments.

Tech stack fit Use of AutoCAD and web-driven components (WordPress, jQuery, oEmbed, NextGEN Gallery) indicates compatibility with modern design workflows and potential for digital collaboration, BIM integration discussions, and online portfolio enhancements.

Growth opportunities Revenue size and recent recognition imply potential for scale through strategic alliances with larger firms or targeted pitches for public RFQs, retrofit projects, and sustainability-focused commissions in growing markets.
