France Galop is a French association that organizes and oversees the gallop racing sector in France, covering both Flat and Jump racing. As the parent body, it defines the racing calendar, ensures the regularity of competitions, distributes allocations and prizes among participants, and issues approvals to owners and racing professionals. It also manages five hippodromes (including three training centers), oversees track preparation and infrastructure maintenance, and stages major events such as the Grand Steeple-Chase de Paris and the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe.
Based in Paris in the Île-de-France region, the organization operates within the spectator sports industry. In 2025 it launched a mobile app to transform the horse racing experience.
