The Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity is a Catholic religious order based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Founded in 1869 by five women who chose to live together in religious community, their formation drew on the example of St. Francis of Assisi and a commitment to service. Today, the order strives to live the Gospel in a simple, faithful life marked by poverty, devotion to the Church, and a selfless dedication to helping others.

As a modestly sized religious community, the organization operates within the religious institutions sector and focuses on serving others and church communities. In 2024, the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity acquired Clement Manor, a senior living home in the Milwaukee area, expanding their service footprint. The group continues to emphasize communal living and spiritual care as central elements of its vocation.
