Frank E. Neal & Co., Inc. is a locally owned and operated, independent insurance agency. We began in 1975 as a surety bonding agency and grew into a full service agency providing services to customers across the southeast. Today, we provide property, casualty, life, and health insurance to individuals and families as well as businesses small and large. We represent a wide variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, automobile dealerships, trucking, and property management. In particular, our specialty has developed in the area of insurance and surety bonds for the construction industry. We are privileged to do business with some of the major general, highway, mechanical, utility, electrical, and other specialty contractors and sub-contractors throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, and other southern states. Because of our relationships with the owners, principals, and executives of the companies we represent, our personal lines department is equipped to handle the unique needs of those with significant assets to protect. In doing so, we help our customers assess their potential liability exposures and are able to assist with high value and difficult to place homes across the country. Frank E.
