FranPoint Partners is a mid-Atlantic based consultancy serving companies in the restaurant and franchising industries since 2006.
 
The majority of our work is in the foodservice industry where we provide general counsel and hands-on franchise development services (including outsourcing of franchise sales, site selection and other services) primarily, but not exclusively to emerging restaurant concepts. Our franchise development efforts are designed to empower a select group of emerging franchisors to develop sound franchise systems, accelerate growth, and avoid common franchising pitfalls, without intensive investment in infrastructure. The FranPoint Path is a step-by-step way to a profitable, sustainable franchise system.  
 
Our reach goes well beyond restaurant franchising and some of our other consulting assignments have included a wide range of services from: Strategic planning,  business plan development and feasibility studies to profit optimization programs, real estate site selection and leasing, operations, construction management and a full range of sales and marketing services.
