Free At Last Hypnosis is my hypnotherapy services business. I've been a full-time professional hypnotist since 2004. I gave up smoking decades ago and used hypnosis to quit. While I'm sure there are some, I've never yet met another hypnotist who became a non-smoker using hypnosis. At least for my service area of Mashpee, Hyannis and Cape Cod towns in MA it makes me uniquely qualified to provide smoking cessation services. The success of using hypnosis to stop smoking sent me down a career path change to become a hypnotist. I took my training at the National Guild of Hypnotists program receiving my CH designation. I've always been interested in the mind and its capabilities and hypnosis opened my eyes to the power of the subconscious. Like most things I do I immersed myself in the topic until I opened my doors to focus on helping people become non-smokers. I also have a keen interest in health and wellness and in the foods we eat. My Weight Loss Service is as much about our choices of foods as using hypnosis in each session to help people stay on the path to get to - and stay - their right size. I invest heavily each year in keeping up to date with the latest research and techniques to ensure I provide the best opportunity for the results my client's want. Apart from ongoing exposure to National Guild of Hypnotists' materials, I've also trained with renowned hypnotherapist teacher Igor Ledochowski and over the years many others. It is an exciting and rewarding field for me. My greatest pleasure in being a hypnotist is receiving feedback from my clients about their results. One person who came to see me for stop smoking recently contacted me after 5-years to tell me she was still a non-smoker. In 2016 I introduced my services online so people don't have to travel to my Mashpee office but instead the sessions can be done online as long as you have a fast Internet service such as cable. This now allows me to offer my services to anybody in the U.S.
