In 2013, FAWLAW achieved an unprecedented trial result in the defense of a major civil price fixing case.  Our client pleaded guilty to criminal price fixing of TFT-LCD panels, and admitted liability in the civil trial, but the jury awarded less than one percent of the $770,000,000 in single damages claimed by the plaintiffs.  The trial result was widely covered in the media, and FAW was a finalist for Global Competition Review’s 2014 Litigation of the Year Award.
