The law firm known originally as Frias & Daisy was established to respond to the growing demand for reasonably priced legal services resulting from expanded federal regulations and increased federal government spending. Traditionally, the market to provide practical advice for sophisticated legal consumers has been dominated by expensive large law firms that lack the versatility necessary to respond to increasing price sensitivities of their clients. Our attorneys have the experience and sophistication to provide the quality these clients demand at better prices, primarily in the following areas: business/corporate law (for business entities of all sizes), construction law, government contracts and government investigations. We also advise business owners, individuals and families on creating and implementing custom estate plans. Always cognizant of the client's goals in their own estate plans, such as tax efficiency, probate avoidance, asset preservation or special needs, our estate planners work to ensure that our clients' values, as well as their valuables, are protected through the generations. With the addition of Jason Collins in 2013, the firm changed its name to Frias Daisy & Collins LLP and added comprehensive litigation services to our growing practice. This part of our practice allows us to represent businesses and individuals with dispute resolution, including traditional litigation and alternative dispute resolution procedures.
