Established in 1976, Friedman, Rosenwasser & Goldbaum, P.A. ("FRG") is a "boutique" law firm with offices in Florida, Massachusetts, and Kentucky. We devote a large percentage of our practice to representing franchise companies in their national and international expansion. Our litigation department supports our franchise practice in dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation of franchise disputes. Our corporate and intellectual property departments support our franchise clients and other business clients in various business law and trademark law matters. We represent a broad range of clients, both large and small, across numerous industries. As part of our franchise, corporate and intellectual property law practices, we advise and represent businesses and enterprenuers in all phases of their business existence, including entity selection, financing, contract drafting and negotiation, business expansion (including licensing, franchising, and sale of business opportunity law), mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and strategic alliances. One of our goals is to help our clients avoid litigation. However, when there is no other alternative, our dispute resolution department is there to represent our clients in adversary proceedings, including mediation, arbitration and litigation. Finally, in order to fill a growing need, particularly in South Florida, we represent individuals in defending mortgage foreclosures.
