Frontier Ventures, established in 1976 and based in Pasadena, Texas, functions as a religious organization pursuing a missional vocation. Its work centers on supporting pioneering leaders serving under-reached populations by creating spaces for spiritual formation and community that deepen believers' life in Christ. Its initiatives target contexts where fewer than 0.1% are followers of Jesus, guiding activities to help those communities experience fullness of life in Jesus. The organization is transitioning from a single North American hub to a multi-centralized network of hubs nearer frontline contexts to broaden diversity and practitioner engagement. Beyond formation and community, Frontier Ventures focuses on missiological insight, collaboration, innovation, training, mobilization, and publishing to facilitate gospel movements among all peoples.
