Frontline Public Safety Solutions has nine cloud based solutions law enforcement and Communication Centers. At Frontline we focus on simplicity and customization to our client. Our goal is to make things simple for the end user so our first responders can focus on protection rather than on failing technology. 

Our software is state-of-the-art, which will eliminate wasted data entry and filing by personnel and allows them to be more efficient on a day-to-day basis. We created 12 modules to help Law Enforcement. 

The Training Tracker sends out training notices electronically, sends out and tracks surveys, tracks all required mandates and how often you need to complete them, tracks expenses, in house range and defensive tactics along with full document libraries to store training records, certifications and much more.  

Quality Assurance software comes pre loaded with the APCO/NENA standard questions and can be customized by each Comm center. The analytics and reporting is what makes us unique.

We created BWC audit software as well to help supervisors track random video reviews and provide supervisors with data they never had before.

Professional Standards software is a way to track compliments, complaints, internal affairs investigations, awards Use of Force, pursuits, conduct/wellness. We have an alerting system behind it and the reports we can create are extremely powerful.  We also have a public facing portal where compliments and complaints can be entered in online.

Policy Tracker to easily track and signoff on policies. Revise policies import new policies all with a click of the mouse.

Employee evaluations. This is nothing that exists today. You have the ability to tie in all our other platforms to complete an evaluation. If your a supervisor and have immediate access to training, use of force, QA it is simple to get all of this data immediately within the evaluation.
