FRP Development Corp. is a mid-sized commercial real estate firm based in Sparks Glencoe, Maryland, focused on leasing non-residential space with an emphasis on industrial and logistics facilities. One of its recent Florida ventures involves planning an industrial park on a 163-acre site east of Florida's Turnpike, north of Citrus Grove Road.

A notable development is the partnership with PCCP LLC that completed the first phase of the Logistics Center at Delray, delivering 200,000 square feet of Class A industrial space along a major South Florida corridor, while FRP expanded its Delray Beach facilities. The company also collaborates with Strategic Real Estate Partners on The Park at Lakeland and with Altman Logistics Properties on a Davie, Florida warehouse project.
