Acu-Res® technology is FT's proprietary technology utilising acoustic resonance and is inherently different to Time-of-Flight (ToF). Unlike other ultrasonic sensors, FT wind sensors measure the phase change of acoustic waves to calculate airflow speed and direction. This ensures reliability in wind speed, direction and temperature data in the harshest of conditions.
