Financial Technologies Solutions (FTS) is now known as FTS Software, Inc.

Launched in 2013, FTS is the newest technology provider in the financial services industry. Focusing upon Corporate Action data, FTS is developing cost effective ISO based modular software solutions.

• Event Management through client defined work queues 
• Risk Management through client defined risk criteria and data parameters
• Information Delivery through ISO messages and client defined electronic reporting

FTS created a User Group consisting of retail and institutional brokers to ensure the design principles meet the real world challenges and operating best practices.

Technology Architecture

CAAPS is a secure Cloud based solution. Each Client will access their own Virtual Environment to ensure privacy of their information using an encrypted (SSL) web site.
