Fulfillment Fund is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit in the civic and social sector focused on making college accessible for students from economically and educationally under-resourced communities. It pursues this by building pathways to higher education, helping students overcome educational barriers, and fostering networks that support college success. The organization partners with local schools to deliver its individualized programs to first-generation and lower-income students who need this support most. Its aim is to equip these students with the tools to access, afford, and complete higher education while developing important life skills. The organization has a history dating back to at least 1988, when its leadership began with Andrea joining as Executive Director and the first full-time staff member. In February 2024, Fulfillment Fund appointed Keith Tholan as President and Chief Operating Officer.
