OPI Houston is a residential and transition program just outside of Houston dedicated to supporting young adults ages 17–28 who are navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and relational difficulties. Our mission is to help young adults build meaningful lives through clinically informed treatment, skill development, and supportive community connection. Our program is structured across six distinct phases designed to guide both young adults and their parents through a comprehensive journey of healing and growth. The first three phases take place at "The Ranch", our residential campus, where clients engage in deeper therapeutic work within a structured, relational, and immersive environment. The final three phases occur at our "Transition Program", where clients live in apartments with fellow OPI participants and practice greater independence with continued clinical and life-skill support. Graduates may also access optional aftercare services to maintain momentum and connection as they move forward. Each phase is thoughtfully crafted to foster progress in five core domains: 1. Healing– Attachment repair, trauma work, family systems support, and emotional regulation. 2. Identity Development – Building a strong, grounded sense of self. 3. Navigating Change – Developing adaptability and resilience through the art of transition. 4. Real-World Experience – Community integration, connection-building, and college & career readiness. 5. Independent Living Skills – Strengthening healthy habits, money mindsets, organization, wellness routines, stress management, building connections, and college & career readiness.
