fuse* develops projects at the intersection of art, architecture, interactive digital installations, and audiovisual design. The team comprises members from diverse disciplines, and their collaboration across these fields fosters exploration into new creative directions. From the outset, their work has focused on multisensory design and the use of reactive systems for installations and live performances. Over time, commissions have expanded toward permanent works, with a growing emphasis on the interaction between media and architecture. The studio is based in Campogalliano, in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, and operates as a small to mid-sized practice focused on integrating media within architectural contexts in the performing arts space.
