Future for KIDS is a Tempe-based nonprofit that runs mentor-driven programs outside of regular school hours, including sports camps and enrichment activities. Its programs focus on academics, athletics, and ethics, with the aim of improving the lives of youth who face adversity and reducing safety risks by keeping them engaged in positive activities.

Founded by retired NFL player Rodney Smith, the organization began with free sports camps and gradually expanded to direct service programs during after-school hours in 2002, with Discover Your Future launched in 2006 to provide enrichment across the Phoenix metropolitan area. Over its history, its programs and camps have reached more than 130,000 children and families. In 2023, Future for KIDS partnered with Muhisimbi, a local NGO, to support single mothers in gaining vocational skills.
