Future Path is a provider of employment related services, and a consultancy organisation specialising in the Welfare to Work and skills sectors. We have been involved in procuring and delivering every major Welfare to Work initiative since "Training for Work"​ in 1996. Our recruitment arm offers specialist support to the Employment and Skills sector at every level. As a niche provider ourselves, we deliver coaching services and accredited skills training using our unique PACES model. Operating across a quarter of London boroughs, we deliver demand-led employment services to priority groups such as those with mental ill health, young care leavers and families.
