Future Travel Experience (FTE) operates as an independent platform for events, online media, and industry change within the airlines and aviation sector. Founded around a standalone North American event in 2006, it is now part of the Airline Passengers Experience Association (APEX) and runs a global program of five annual events: FTE Global, FTE APEX Asia EXPO, FTE EMEA, FTE Ancillary & Retailing, and the FTE Aviation & Robotics Summit, along with in-person and digital meet-ups through its various hubs and working groups. The organization supports knowledge sharing and practical pilots of change, supported by Think Tanks, Power Lists, and Industry Awards, with advisory boards contributing to its direction.

It serves airline executives, suppliers, and service providers seeking to advance innovation in air transport, offering forums for exchange, collaboration, and proofs of concept.
