Futuro Health’s non-profit mission is focused on improving the health and well-being of communities by growing the largest network of healthcare workers in the nation. Futuro Health makes education journeys into allied health careers possible by growing the talent that employers need and creating a path to opportunity that workers want.
 
Since launching in 2020, nearly 16,000 individuals have been served by Futuro Health’s training opportunities. Futuro Health Scholars are compassionate people looking to build a better future for themselves, their family, and their community. We design unique and flexible healthcare educational journeys that allow Scholars to unleash their career in caring for others. Our training model is unique and goes beyond traditional education approaches. Through applying best practices like our Human Touch Healthcare™ course, we equip Futuro Health Scholars with the interpersonal skills necessary to work in a variety of healthcare settings. Additionally, each Scholar is supported by a Success Coach to provide individualized guidance and maintain accountability as they progress through training and begin their first (or next) job in healthcare.
 
Futuro Health partners with hospitals and health systems, higher education institutions, philanthropic organizations, and government agencies to offer scholarships and training that provides opportunities for Scholars to learn the skills needed for a successful career in healthcare.
