Owner, John Gilbert has been in the food service business for over 25 years. He has trained with some of the best culinary and catering experts and decided 12 years ago to create G Texas so he could bring his expertise to his guests. John believes that every event whether it is a lunch for 20 or an extravaganza for 10,000 needs to have personal attention to ensure the quality of the event is a success in the client’s eyes. His quest to always offer fresh, homemade, superior food has brought John and G Texas success.
