General Financial (GenFi) has two separate and distinct service divisions: a Compliance Division and a Fixed Asset Management Division. Our Compliance Division provides a state-of-the-art compliance process with respect to Personal Property Tax Compliance and Business License and Permit Compliance and Management Services. Our products and services can and will be customized to the specific needs and requirements of each client. We design and implement the most accurate, cost-effective process for our clients. The number of locations for our current client base ranges from 20 to 5,000. This is made possible by the enhanced utilization of the software provided by Tax Compliance, Inc. (TCI) for these services. Our Fixed Asset Management Division employs cutting-edge technology for designing, installing and implementing fixed asset management solutions, customized to the needs of each client. The “lynchpin” of our solution is the multiple, customized inventory processes we bring to our clients in providing state-of-the-art fixed asset management. Unlike most fixed asset inventory and management companies, GenFi will conform the fixed asset ledger to be in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Our two divisions complement each other; both are focused on the management of fixed assets and creating solutions that will increase income, reduce taxes and increase cash flow. GenFi annually provides our clients with a SSAE-16 Report.
