We are Chicago’s premier medical fitness center and a proud member of the Medical Fitness Association. As a part of NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), we go far beyond a traditional fitness center by offering fitness and wellness services that focus on the mind, body and spirit. Each staff member at Galter LifeCenter is CPR/AED certified, and holds multiple degrees, licenses and certifications in their area of work. Our physician advisory board, comprised of professionals from Galter LifeCenter, Swedish Hospital and NorthShore, meet quarterly to ensure we are up-to-date with new trends, events, treatments and procedures in the medical and exercise field. Our diverse membership base is comprised of individuals of all ages and backgrounds, from all over the Chicagoland area. From personal trainers to acupuncturists, we offer a wide range of health and wellness professionals dedicated to providing you with the services you need to surpass your fitness goals and achieve optimum wellness.
