Gantt’s Excavating & Contracting, Inc. is a second-generation family owned Commercial Site Development Company that has built its more than 50-year-old business through high quality, high integrity work practices, and safety. Currently, our team is excited to be playing a part of the revitalization of 12 acres in the urban core of Martinsburg, as we work with the City of Martinsburg, Berkeley County Council, and Berkeley County Development Authority on the Interwoven Mill project. When complete, the three-phase project, developed by Virginia-based Monument Companies, will deliver approximately 5,000 square feet of new commercial space and 387 market-rate units. We predict that this will be a real game-changer for our region.
