Garden City Construction has built a solid reputation in the industry as specialists in the transformation
and restoration of distressed historic properties and uncommon contemporary structures. Among
the many unique projects in their portfolio include the historic José Theatre (home of the San Jose
Improv comedy club), Original Joe’s Restaurant and the Saint Claire Apartments above them, the
tenant improvements and building renovation for the Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the

materials that can be used to assist clients with green credits or can be incorporated into projects in
an architectural way. Garden City performs on-site source separation of demolition materials and has
the resources to dispose of e-waste and other recyclable materials that may need to be removed from
a project site for LEED certification compliance.
