We are a Campus of Continuum of Care; we offer various levels of care to accommodate our seniors who range from independent living to long term care. Garden Plaza of Florissant offers beautiful amenities, inside and out, from private rooms with restrooms in our Skilled Nursing Facility, to an elite dining experience across the campus and even beautiful walking paths around our scenic pond that leads to our luxurious Assisted Living Building. We identify as the "Gem" of North County because our Campus has exceptional characteristics and future potential as we grow and development into a community you would be so deserving to become a part of!  Garden Plaza of Florissant is conveniently located in Florissant, MO near Christian North East/West and DePaul Hospitals, local restaurants, schools and churches.
