Gardner & Capparelli was founded in June 2016 by Matt Gardner and Jim Capparelli. We are the future of our industry, reimaging what a CPA can do! Matt & Jim say the needs of the modern-day entrepreneur and business owner no longer fit the model of the traditional accounting firm. So, they set out to offer an alternative solution.

Gardner & Capparelli is a boutique, integrated services solution for small and medium sized businesses. We are pioneering the Virtual CFO and Accounting Services model, providing a team-based delivery approach with expertise in accounting, finance, tax, and human resources. We also provide the traditional tax preparation, compliance and attestation services you will find with the traditional accounting firm.
