Garrett Liners is the longest-established vinyl swimming pool liner manufacturer in the world. Founded in 1964 by Bill and Winnie Garrett, and currently managed by second generation owner, Ken Garrett, we’ve grown from a 5,000 square foot location in an old industrial building in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania, to our current state-of-the-art 49,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Fallsington, Pennsylvania. This facility serves as our headquarters and manufacturing center for in ground liners, above ground liners, and safety covers. We sell our vinyl pool liners and safety covers through a network of pool professionals throughout the United States, Canada, Great Britain, France, and other European countries.
