Garrison Enterprise, Inc. began operations in early 1960, its founding principals Elbert Basolis Sr. & Robert Tobolski Sr. created the company that now has four generations of wastewater treatment and utility installation experience. The company is owned and operated by their sons Elbert Basolis, Bob Tobolski and Tom Tobolski with over 100 years of experience in the industry between them. 

Garrison Enterprise believes that the ultimate goal of each construction project is for that project to be mutually beneficial to all parties involved. We rely on several management and field personnel attributes to meet our responsibilities on a project. They are: Detailed cost control, field reporting, scheduling the right equipment and materials and most importantly, the top quality people with strong utility construction experience.

Our management staff includes graduate engineers and project managers. Collectively, our personnel have extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and water and sewer line systems. Our field personnel are highly skilled craftsmen, equipment operators and supervisors who take great pride in their work.
