Garrison Phillips, LLC is an independent registered investment advisor providing non-discretionary advice to businesses and other entities regarding their employer retirement plans and discretionary investment management services to private clients.

We work with businesses and other entities in order to review, design, rebid, implement and maintain their retirement plans.  Engagements are typically performed in a non-discretionary advisory capacity sharing co-fiduciary responsibilities with the client while providing advice regarding investments, costs, operations, and competitiveness.

GP also works as a discretionary investment manager for private clients, effectively taking on the investment decision-making process. The focus of the private client relationship revolves around the client and his/her personal investment and financial situation. This begins with discussions and a review of the client's goals, needs, current financial position, investment history, current asset allocation, and risk tolerance to achieve a mutual understanding of how the portfolio should be managed.
