In  2017,  Garuda  Indonesia  also  won  the  “5  Star”  rating  from  the  Airline  Passenger  Experience  Association  (APEX),  a  non-profit  association  to  enhance  the  experience  of  flight  passengers  based  in  New  York,  United  States. Garuda  Indonesia  has  also  received  the  prestigious  award  as  “Five-Star  Airline  5-Star  Airline”  since  2014,  won  “Top  10  Airline”  for  5  times  and  became the only airline in the world capable of achieving the title of “The World’s Best Cabin Crew” for five consecutive years since 2014-2018.
