Our belief is that design matters and that it creates value. We pursue great design in every phase of the project and we start by establishing the project scope. The scope of the project includes the program based on what our client wants to design, the budget based on how much our client chooses to spend, the quality of the construction determined by the connection of the materials chosen and the time allotted for completion of the project. These are all equally important and for us, are inseparable.
Also, just as important is our responsibility to understand our client’s goals, objectives and priorities for each project. With this understanding, it allows us to design spaces that reflect a greater value than the money expended. The design solution should be the highest quality we can obtain for the dollars spent.
We pride ourselves in being a “hands on” firm and we handle each project as if we were the Owners. We consider everything from the maintenance costs and the ability to implement to visualizing the final product, and we do not put our name on a product until it represents the quality for which we are known to produce.
