Gary R. Kessler, P.C. was founded in 2013 on a long foundation of Labor and Employment law practice, from both the Plaintiff and Defense side of lawsuits.  

Our principal and founder, Gary R. Kessler, has been in the private practice of employment and related law since 1977, and is an active member of the Georgia, Florida and Alabama Bar associations. Gary has experience working at large management-oriented employment firms, followed by 20 years as a partner with Irvin and Kessler, LLC in Atlanta.

Our firm represents both senior executives and employers in employment and business-law issues across a wide variety of practice areas that include:

- Drafting and negotiating terms of Executive employment and compensation agreements;

- Negotiation and litigation of employment contracts, severance pay and benefit disputes;

- Non-competition and non-solicitation agreements;

- Protection of trade secrets and confidential information;

- Employment-related litigation and trials for senior executives and employers relating to discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, whistle-blowing and qui tam claims;
