Since 1978, Gasaway Maintenance Company has provided critical facilities maintenance services to commercial property managers and owners in the Chicago suburbs. We own 4 operations centers in the Chicago suburbs and operate a multi-million dollar fleet of late model, well maintained equipment.  Our staff has expertise in snow and ice management, pavement seal coating and marking along with asphalt, concrete and storm drain repair and replacement.  We specialize in LEED compliant buildings and employ environmentally friendly products and practices.
