Our initial emphasis was on working with collision repair centers to implement best practices through the use of customized training solutions, management software and customer satisfaction indexing (CSI) services. Starting in 2004, we adapted our program to the insurance industry with an assignment processing application known as PerformanceClaims. This has grown to include contract management, network management, and data reporting capabilities. Today we continue to evolve. We have rolled PerformanceClaims into a new platform called PerformanceGateway. This evolution includes vendor management, audit capabilities and a desktop scorecard to track network members' performance. PerformanceGateway is adaptable to any industry and we are now working increasingly with vehicle manufacturers and rental car companies. We are, in effect, a third-party vendor providing services and software solutions to insurance companies, vehicle manufacturers, fleets and collision repair centers.
